Donna Andrews

Donna Lee Hawkins Andrews, "Maw", 73, of Little Rock, passed away February 2, 2010. She was a graduate of Little Rock Central High School Class of 1954, member of the LRHS Band, and a 1963 graduate of Little Rock University. She retired from the VA Hospital after 36 years of service as a Medical Technologist in the Laboratory. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and GIA Auxiliary #37.
Preceded in death by her husband, James Donald Andrews, she is survived by her sons, Ben Waldon Andrews and wife, Shannon of Raleigh, North Carolina and Roy Clark Andrews and wife, Ame of Maumelle; granddaughter, Brooke Andrews and grandsons, Davis Andrews, Perryn Andrews, Mason Andrews and Ethan Andrews.
Visitation will be Friday, February 5 from 4-6 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 6 at Grace Lutheran Church, 5124 Hillcrest, officiated by Pastor James C. Walter. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. Pallbearers will be Fred Brown, Jim Keppel, Sam Walls, Joe Chumbler, Carl Benetz, Eddie Benetz, Tommy Weed and Joel Junkans. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Donna Andrews Memorial Fund at Grace Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 250769, Little Rock, AR 72225.
