Donna Anderson

Donna Sue Lynch Anderson, 68, of Little Rock, died June 22, 2012. She was born December 17, 1943 in Little Rock to A.C. and Frances E. Lynch. Preceded in death by her father and her brother, Lynn G. Lynch, she is survived by her mother; her husband of 47 years, Clyde W. Anderson; her daughter, Amber L. Anderson of Little Rock; and her son, Cris E. Anderson, daughter-in-law, Stephanie A. Anderson and grandson, Connor E. Anderson, all of Texarkana, Texas.
She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church and participated for several years in Bible study programs at St. Andrew's Anglican Church and Fellowship Bible Church. Donna graduated from Little Rock Central in 1961 and continued her education at UALR. She maintained a close relationship with many of her high school grads throughout her life. She loved people and always found occasions to buy gifts for her friends.
A great artist, Donna loved painting, tennis leagues, home decorating, flower arranging, making jewelry and playing Mah Jongg with friends. After raising her children, she re-entered the workforce, selling real estate for RPM and McKay Realty. She changed professions, selling printing for Arkansas Graphics and Twin City Printing. In 1994, she followed her husband to Jonesboro where she worked for Creative Multigraphics; then returned to Little Rock where she began her own retail business, Sudie's Collections, selling antique furniture and handmade flower arrangements. She was a member of Questers Antique Club and past member of Junior Departmental.
We will celebrate her life on Tuesday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. at St. James United Methodist Church, followed by interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
Our many thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Center and UAMS. The family asks that all memorials be directed to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research.
