Doney Tucker
Doney Tucker, 101, of Carlisle, passed away Friday morning in her sleep. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer, five sisters and three brothers. She is survived by one son, Tommy Tucker and wife, several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Doney was a lady that enjoyed sewing and working with her hands. She was very creative. She was quick to laugh and enjoyed a good joke. She was much loved and will be greatly missed, but she is rejoicing now with her family.
The family would like to thank the staff at Chambers Nursing Center in Carlisle for making her last days as pleasant as possible.
