Donavon Coyle

February 9, 2007 — February 23, 2022

The bravest boy we will ever know, the “tough guy”, Donavon James Coyle, went to be home with our Heavenly Father on February 23, 2022 in the presence of his loving mother and father, Alissa and Bradley Coyle.

Donavon was a mommy and daddy’s boy, big brother and gaming watcher of Eli, sous chef, Power Panther, Sunday drive kinda guy, constant confidant to all, with purest of hearts, innocence at its best, Donavon was this and so much more, he was one of the good guys. He will be missed deeper than the deepest ocean and higher than highest mountain by all that loved him. Gods plan for his life was a hard one, but there was no one untouched by this precious boy, that knew him. He lived his life as example to be humble and kind. To be thankful for the simple things. He taught Brad and I how to live in the moment and not to sweat the small things. Because I promise, Donavon didn’t, he was the happiest guy as long as he was well. His big bright smile and laughter were contagious, his joy was there for the taking. It was an absolute honor and privilege to be his parents, to be loved by him is a treasure.

Donavon is survived by Bradley and Alissa Coyle and brother Eli Coyle, grandparents James Coyle, Gary and Diane Mize, his Aunt Julia and Uncle Tyler Treadway and his cousin Cooper Treadway and by countless other friends and family. Donavon is preceded in death by his memaw, Ann Coyle.

A special thanks goes out to the Complex Care Team at Arkansas Children's Hospital, Dr. Carrie Brown and Angie Allen RN. They worked tirelessly throughout Donavon’s life to ensure his life was full of comfort and enjoyment, that through their care, he could live a life more abundant.

Another thank you is to Eastside Elementary in Cabot. The love and care that they enveloped Donavon will never be forgotten. He spent 9 years in Laura Newman’s class, this is where he was second happiest; next to home. He loved school, he attended until his 15th birthday on February 9, 2022.

Thank you to Bethany Ross for your unwavering love for our big boy. You have no idea how you have touched our lives. We prayed for someone like you and God gifted Donavon with the best care taker (now family) of all time. Your care was beyond measure, Donavon loved you So much.

The final thanks go to our incredible family for all of the love and support you have given us over the last 15 years. I don’t know what we would’ve done without you all. Thank you for the time spent with Donavon, loving on him, it brought him so much joy to be in each of your presence.
