Donald Roger Topping, 82, of Lonoke , Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021. He was born August 15, 1939 Albion, Nebraska to the late Floyd and Magdalene Redler Topping. Donald was a retired California Police Officer and a U. S. Navy Veteran serving from 1958 -1962 on the USS McKean.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Linda Basson Topping and his son Rod Topping of Lake Habasu City, Arizona.
