Donald Lee Schalchlin, 81, of Bryant, born February 9, 1934, graduated to Heaven May 2, 2015. Don was born in Memphis, Tennessee to Ernest and Eva Schalchlin. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Donita Carlson, brothers, Ernest Mower, Kenneth Schalchlin and David Schalchlin, Sr., and sisters, Myrtle Beard and Irene Thompson.
Don is survived by his son, Tony Schalchlin; grandsons, Brian Carlson and Greg Karlson (Alexis); sisters, Ernestine White, Evelyn Howell and Rose Goodson; sister-in-law, Carol Schalchlin; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of Don's life will be held at a later date.
