Donald "Pudge D-Lo" Lowe, 41, went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2010. He was born May 2, 1969 to the late Walter Lowe and Patricia Neal Lowe. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Mercy's Cross Church at 2:00P.M. on Keihl Avenue.
