Donald House

Donald Jefferson "Don" House, 78, a lifelong resident of North Little Rock passed away April 11, 2016 after a brief illness. He was born to the late Jeff and Elaine House on February 3, 1938. Don graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1956. He was a retired Captain of the NLR Fire Department and a brick mason for many years.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Maycel Avants and nephew, Todd Lofton. He is survived by his wife, Anna Faye House, his son, Chris House (Dorothy), granddaughter T.K. Roseberry (Bryan) and a very special great-grandson Gibbons McGhee Roseberry, a sister, Judy Lofton (Ed), and brother-in-law Jim Avants, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday April 16, 2016 at Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock, the funeral service will follow at 11:00. Burial will be at Gravel Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Park Hill Baptist Church Building Fund or East Union Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
The family would like thank the Doctors and nurses at Baptist Hospital, Springhill and Hospice Home Care for the excellent care given to Don and his family members.
