Donald Ray 'Coach' Cagle, Sr., 67, of Vilonia passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2007. Mr. Cagle was recently retired from the PCSSD Transportation Department as a bus driver. He loved sports; and played semi-pro baseball as a young man and was involved in the local sports scene as a coach, umpire, and referee for more than 25 years. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and was The Number One Arkansas Razorback fan! Our family is very proud of his involvement in sports and all of his accomplishments. He is a first ballot Hall of Famer! Coach will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Cagle; two sons, Don Jr. and wife, Joy of Sherwood and Stephen Sr., and wife Leah of Ratcliff; daughter, Karen Cagle, of Mayflower; nine grandsons; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter and brother, Robert Cagle, Sr., of Bigelow. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Myrtle Cagle; son, Jimmy Cagle; daughter, Terry Lynn Cagle and sister, Fern.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with a 1:00 P.M., committal service at Stanfill Cemetery.
