Dolores Maria Reynolds Faryewicz

Dolores Maria Reynolds Faryewicz, 91, of North Little Rock, passed away on March 02, 2022.  She was born February 4, 1931, to the late Thomas James Reynolds and Teresa Ann Reynolds.

Dolores graduated from Mount St Mary’s Academy in 1948, and married the love of her life, John, on January 15, 1951.  Together they raised five children. Dolores was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Dolores was a devoted Catholic and a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Church, where she participated in the Stevens Ministry, Charismatic Ministry, Renew, Praise and Worship, and as a Confirmation sponsor. She enjoyed golf, many different and challenging card games, and making special cakes, cinnamon rolls and breads to please her children and grandchildren. She was also an exceptional seamstress keeping five children well dressed.

Dolores was very outgoing and made lasting friendships throughout her life. Although she was small in stature, her courage and positivity were limitless in the face of adversity.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John Leon Faryewicz (2011) and her son David Quinton Faryewicz (2010). Survivors include her children JoAnn McNeely (Steve), Carol Ann Faryewicz Bishop (Robert), John L Faryewicz, Jr., James Reynolds Faryewicz (Bebe), grandchildren Jimmy Faryewicz(Sarah Smith), Valerie Ann York (Eliot), Conner John Bishop, two great grandchildren, Olivia York and Rowan York, her sister, Joanne Grogan, her best friend, Jean Rosenbaum, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM, Monday March 7, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Church, NLR, followed by a rosary at 10:00 and a funeral mass at 10:30.  Burial will follow at Immaculate Heart Mary Cemetery, NLR AR.
