D.L. Spradlin
Delton L. "D.L." Spradlin, 69 of North Little Rock, passed away September 3, 2010 at Baptist Springhill Health Systems in North Little Rock. He was born on February 17, 1941 in Lonoke, Arkansas; he was the son of Paul Spradlin & Opal Swinford Spradlin.
D.L. was a retired vending mechanic, who worked for Herman- Binz Iron & Metal, until his illness, he will be remembered by his family for his love of spending time with his grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother Opal Spradlin & his brother Billy Charles Spradlin.
Survivors include his wife Bettye Spradlin of North Little Rock; children Jimmy Spradlin of Sherwood, Jamie Spradlin-Craig of Benton, and Johnny Spradlin of North Little Rock; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two more on the way arriving in December & February; his father Paul O. Spradlin and a sister Lawanda Jean Franks both of Cabot.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood; burial will follow in the Rest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in North Little Rock.
