D.L. Harkey
D. L. Harkey, 82, of Sherwood, passed away Friday, July 13, 2007. He was born April 26, 1925 at Jacksonville, Arkansas. He was the son of Dan and Callie Allen Harkey. D. L. was a retired landscape manager and a member of Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of sixty-two years, Rena Mitchell Harkey of Sherwood; one daughter, Cindy Grisham of Little Rock; two brothers, Henry N. Harkey of Cabot and James Larry Harkey of Jacksonville; two sisters, Anna Belle Barnard of Jacksonville and Emma Jean Gwin of Jacksonville; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church, 9921 Sylvan Hills Hwy., Sherwood, AR. Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery.
