Dillon Ray Blake, 72, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, January 23, 2009. Dillon was a member of Northside Pentecostal Church, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, worked for Hall Tank Co. as a welder, and was a barber for 15 years. He was a great husband, father, step father, & grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Waltemeyer) Blake of North Little Rock; three daughters, Cathy Glover of North Little Rock, Jannis Blake of Hensley, Cynthia Beers of Springfield, MO; four step sons, Michael Moss of Hensley, Richard Moss of Russellville, Jeffery Moss of Conway, Matthew Moss of North Little Rock; a sister, Louette Ragsdale of Alexander; sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Faye Blake; three brothers, Raymond Blake, Kenneth Blake, and Charles Blake; and sister, Jane Kuhn.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery at Pottsville. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
