Delbert Lee Wilson, 62, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2011. He was a member of Cross Covenant Church in Furlow and the southern gospel music group "Sounds Of Life."
He is survived by wife of 46 years, Paula Faye Wilson; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and LeAnne Wilson of Cabot; daughter and son-in-law, Buffy Rene and Dr. John Stephenson of Leslie; guardian son, Duane Bray of Cabot; two brothers, Doug Wilson of Southbend and Craig Wilson of Jacksonville; three sisters, Clydetta Bell and Janice Sue Lytle both of Jacksonville and Shelia Ann Reeves of Vilonia; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ronnie Smith of Abilene, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Logan and Beatrice B. Moody Wilson; two brothers; and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Cross Covenant Church. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friend from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
