Delbert Middleton

Delbert Louis Middleton, 60, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born May 1, 1955 in Plymouth, Indiana, and he went home to the Lord on May 25, 2015. Louis was a man of simple pleasures: family, family activities, fishing, and most of all, eating a good meal with those he loved. He served in the Army for ten years and was a dedicated soldier. Louis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He is survived by his wife of seven years, Sonja Middleton and six children. He was blessed to have Heather and Jacob Middleton, of Beebe, and Eric Middleton of Pueblo, Colorado as a result of his first marriage. He was further blessed to have a stepson, Dillon Robbins of Judsonia, and two children with Sonja, Olivia and Carson Middleton, all of Beebe. He has three grandchildren, Michelle, Isaac, and Hannah Davidson. He has three living brothers, Everett, Billy, and Richard Middleton; and three living sisters, Vernell Piker, Ann Cunningham, and Teresa Judkins.

Louis was preceded in death by both his parents, F. L. and Opal Middleton; a son, Jason Middleton; and four sisters, Dorothy Stockburger, Barbara Neldon, Donna Parker, and Pamela Hitchcock.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
