Debra Sue "Debbie" Warrick, age 61 of Beebe, AR passed August 20, 2015. She was born in Jacksonville, AR on April 17, 1954 to Tommy and Louise McCuin. She grew up in a loving family with three siblings in North Little Rock, AR and graduated from England Academy. She and George married and she then attended UALR, later working as a dental assistant. They had a daughter Kami. While residing in Gravel Ridge she was a home maker. They moved to North Little Rock in 1983 to own and operate Alford's Dairy Bar on England Highway, during which the family moved to Cabot until 1993. After a successful proprietorship, they sold then moved to Beebe, AR. There she enjoyed her retirement taking care of her two grandchildren, Zane and Levi Tafoya. She enjoyed spending her leisure time collecting and going to the casino with her family and friends.
First born and her siblings leader. She helped each one of them whenever she was asked for a helping hand. She was a list maker, a thinker and a doer. She wanted her parents to be proud of her. Debbie was a loyal sister, mother and wife. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by every life she touched. She accepted every roll the Lord brought forth with a dedicated heart and soul.
She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She is survived by her husband of 43 years George Warrick, her daughter Kami and son-in-law Lee Tafoya, two very special grandsons Zane and Levi Tafoya; sisters Sharon McCuin (Johnny Burton) of Cabot; Diana Beavers (Freddie) of Cabot; brother Tommy McCuin Jr. (Cindy) of North Little Rock. Her nieces and nephews.
The light of my mom's life were my sons Zane and Levi. She loved them with all her heart just as she had done with me my entire life. I was truly blessed to be raised by such a loving mother.
Visitation is Wednesday August 26 from 5-6 pm with services from 6-7 pm at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
