Debbie Oxford, 57, of Little Rock, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2008. Born December 2, 1951 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Glenn W. and Charlene Curry Oxford, she was employed by Cameron, Inc., formerly Orbit Valve, for thirty-one years and was a member of the Day by Day Sunday School Class at Winfield United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her partner, Gaye Richardson; her mother, Charlene Curry Oxford; brother, Mike Oxford and wife, Michelle of Bigelow; sister, Sandra Edwards and husband, Toby of Bryant; nieces and nephews, Maggie and Carley Staggs and John Michael, Corey, Joey, Amy and Amanda Oxford; her mother-in-law, Gail Richardson; and her pets, Stella, Harriet and Charli.
The family would like to thank Dr. Brad Baltz and the staff of the Hematology Oncology Services of Arkansas for all their loving support and care.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 8 at Winfield United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Jan Edwards and Rev. David Bentley. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will greet friends Sunday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock.
