Debbie K. Floyd, age 70, of Midway passed away Monday, February 10, 2025. She was born to Olen and Evelyn Spurlin on August 22, 1954 in Midway, Arkansas. She was a graduate of Ouachita High School. It was soon thereafter she found the love of her life, Donnie Floyd. They married and started life together in Midway. Debbie and Donnie were married for 52 years.
Debbie was preceded in death by parents; brothers-in-law, Carl Hodges and Levin Floyd; and father-in-law, Leon Floyd.
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Floyd of Midway; son, Aaron (Kelly) Floyd of Little Rock; daughter, Tara Hixon of Benton; grandchildren, Michael Floyd, Jonathan (Kenzie) Floyd, Lexi (Kolton) West, Jessica Floyd, Lanie (Richard) Jordan; great-grandchildren, Case West, Cannon West, Malachi Floyd; sisters, Marie (Dick) Yoss and Pat Hodges; mother-in-law, Delphine Floyd; brother-in-law, Joe (Julie) Floyd, sister-in-law, Reba Floyd and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ruggles Wilcox Chapel in Arkadelphia. Graveside services will be private.. The family would like to thank Twin Rivers Health and Rehab, Arkansas Hospice, and Dr. Ray Bollen for their outstanding care.
