Dawn Jan Andrews, 69, of North Little Rock entered into rest Wednesday, June 1, 2011. She was retired from International Business Forms. She was a longtime member of Levy United Methodist Church, where she was on the finance committee, the trustee committee and was church treasurer. She was also member of the McHughes Sunday School Class, Busy Bee Quilters, United Methodist Women, Chancelor Choir, hand bell choir, Sunshine Circle, P.I.T. Crew and Prayer Shawl Ministry.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Eliza) Andrews, of Benton; four daughters, Kim Rodriguez of El Paso, Texas, Katrina (Richard) Wall, of Paragould, Kaylene (Bryan) Amell, of Camden, Tennessee and Heidi Andrews, of North Little Rock; two sisters, Sanda Richardson, of Cincinnati, Ohio and Margaret "Peggy" Reas, of Grand Rapids, Michigan; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Linda Andrews; eighteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a lifelong friend, Mary Jo Washam and her beloved pet, Prissi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald "Andy" Andrews, parents, Ernest and Anna Boucher and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to Levy United Methodist Church, 701 West 47th St., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday at Levy United Methodist Church. Entombment will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
