David Wayne Shriver, 27, of Mayflower died Sunday, August 30, 2009 due to injuries from a motorcycle accident. He was a welder, a member of 1st Assembly of God in North Little Rock and a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his son, Gabriel David Wayne Shriver, of Mayflower; two daughters, Emma Lynn Shriver and Samaria Mae Shriver, both of Hannibal, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Shelby Owings, of Mayflower and Oceanna Lane, of Hannibal, Missouri; wife, Lisa (Owings) Shriver, of Mayflower; stepfather and mother, Ricky and Theresa Long Brown, of Mayflower; father, Stanley G. Shriver, of Moccasin Flat, Missouri; sister, Sabrina Lynn Morgan, of Mayflower; special grandparents, James and Loretta Hoover, of North Little Rock, Kenneth Shriver, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Irene Shriver, of Piedmont, Missouri; aunt, Vanessa Gilmore; uncle, Alphonse Guidry; extended family and a host of special friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul David Long.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
