David R Ellison

David Ray Ellison of Conway AR passed away on June 12, 2016. He was born on April 14, 1939.

He was a retired SFC U.S. Army 1957-1981 and USPS 1982-1992.

He was preceded in death by his parents Glen Lee and Mildred Delores Werner Ellison. He is survived by his wife Lana Guthrie Ellison, his two daughters Angela Jo Gordon (Mark) and Margaret Leigh Drew (Terry).

Other survivors include siblings Donald Lee Ellison, Kathryn Dee Ellison Calvert, and Keith Glen Ellison, grandchildren Elizabeth Gordon Stilwell, Nathan Stilwell, Matthew Gordon, Astrid Stawiarz, Kristina Drew Varnell, Michael Varnell, Daniel Drew, and Sarah Delk Drew, great grandchildren Alexis Anne Varnell, and Jacob Olin Varnell, cousin Joyce Richards (Lloyd), aunt Alma Ellison Malone, and several much loved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. in the Chapel with a burial Thursday at the VA Cemetery in Little Rock at 11 a.m.
