David Potter

David Alan Potter, 56, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. He was born March 5, 1962 in Little Rock, Arkansas to R.C. and Jerrye Potter.
David was a 1980 graduate of Ole Main High School, in North Little Rock. He worked at Dassault Falcon Jet for over eleven years as a machinist. David played for the 1975 and 1976 State Champion Babe Ruth team. He loved hunting, baseball, music and most of all he loved his granddaughter, Lilly. David had a deep faith and was compassionate and loving to all.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Potter; daughter, Laura Potter; son, Drew Potter; sister, Jane (Jack) Whitsett; brother, Robert C. Potter; granddaughter, Lilly Potter; step mother, Gayle Potter; and a host of family, friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to UAMS Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 4301 W. Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
A visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018 followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home.
