David Howell
David Howell, 63, of Little Rock, died Wednesday November 9, 2016 at home. He was born, August 6, 1953 to the late James H. and Jo Ann Howell in Millington, TN. David graduated from The Arkansas School for The Deaf in 1973 & worked 35 years in the printing profession.;David played & coached sports, and was awarded "all American for the deaf" for basketball. He enjoyed playing disc golf with friends & won several tournaments.
Survivors include his sister, Sheila Howell of Hot Springs; one daughter Melissa Horan; one grandson Brooks Horan of Dallas; uncle Bobby Joe & aunt Amanda Howell of Waskow TX & many, many cousins.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm Saturday at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 pm Sunday, November 13th at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Arkadelphia.
Pallbearers are Toby, Turner & Wynn Pentacost, Kevin & Brent Godwin & Brad Turner. Honorary pallbearers are all David's disc golf friends, Sharon Howell, Delilah Hodshire, & Christy Jack.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
