David Hartsell
David P. (Foots) Hartsell age 56, of Bismarck, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 in Hot Springs. He was born November 24, 1956 in Malvern, Arkansas to Franklin (Bud) Coy and Ophelia Isabell Rogers Hartsell. Foots was a 1976 graduate of Bismarck High School and worked at Oaklawn in Hot Springs for several years.
He was a very loving and caring father, brother and uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jerry Hartsell.
Survivors are one daughter, Stefanie Hartsell of Bismarck; one son, Robby Hartsell and wife, Amy of Hot Springs; two brothers, Coy Hartsell and wife, Karen of Shreveport, Louisiana, Darrell Hartsell and wife, Brenda of Bismarck; two sisters, Diane Davis, Sandy and husband Terry Luker all of Bismarck; numerous nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews which he simply adored.
Memorial services will be at 6:00 PM Thursday, November 7th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. Will Wesson and Bro. Evan Smith officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM Thursday until service time. Interment will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Luker, Steven Hartsell, Keith Hartsell, Jeff Hartsell, Johnny Hartsell, Ritchie Arthur, Jerry Harmon, Johnny Bratton and Mark Golden.
Memorials may made to the Degray Kidney Center 312 Professional Park Dr. Arkadelphia, AR. 71923.
