Darrell Short
Darrell Dwayne Short, Sr., 77, of El Paso, Arkansas, was born July 28, 1938, in El Paso, Arkansas, to Jess and Mattie (Osborn) Short, and he passed away December 6, 2015.
He served as a Deacon at El Paso First Baptist Church. Darrell was married to his wife Reba, who survives him, for fifty years and they enjoyed singing together. He also enjoyed fishing and being PaPa to his grandson, Curtis Short of Austin.
Darrell is also survived by his son, Darrell "Dwayne", Jr. (Glennis) of Benton; and his daughter, Diane St. John (Roger) of El Paso.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Douglas "LD" Short, Donald Short and Lloyd Short.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2015, at El Paso First Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, a certified Veterans Care provider.
