Darlene Sue Bargar

Darlene Sue Bargar, 73, of North Little Rock, went to rest in the arms of her Lord on Nov. 22, 2023. Born Jan. 5, 1950, to Bill and Betty Jo Bargar, she was a graduate of NLRHS in 1968 and, later, Draughon School of Business in Little Rock. A lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of North Little Rock and the Miracle Helpers Sunday School class, she was a dedicated worker at Tyson Foods in North Little Rock for 35 years. Darlene had an affinity for playing games, especially 42, putting together puzzles, and basking in the love of family and friends. She was also known for her honesty and hugs, and would lead the family in song every Mother’s Day with a smile that always lit up the room.

She is survived by her brother, Roger Bargar (Helen) of Greenbrier; nephew James Bargar (Janel) of Greenbrier; niece Elizabeth McCall (Mickey) of Greenbrier; great-nephew, James T. Bargar of Conway; and four great-nieces, Emily Bargar of Fayetteville, and Hannah, Lucy and Ellie McCall of Greenbrier.
