Darcy Marie Stonesifer

Darcy Marie Stonesifer, 85, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 9, 2022.  She was born October 3, 1937 in Olean, New York to the late Laurice Bates and Hazel Bost. 

Darcy is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hugh Stonesifer.  Together they owned and retired from several businesses in Saline County.  

Darcy was loved deeply and will be missed by those she left behind:  Patty Hart of Tulsa, Oklahoma, John and Mary Stonesifer, Randy and Paula Stonesifer and Jana and Neil Evans all of Benton;  her grandchildren, William Puckett, AJ Greenway, Etta Marie Smith, David Greenway all of Oklahoma and Dennis Scott, Jr. Jason Scott and Justin Stonesifer all of Benton.  She had numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well.

Private memorial service was held by her family.

Darcy wrote the following words:

“I have God in my heart—I know no fear

I face life or I face death—without a tear

With God’s love planted deep inside

I feel not the need to hide.

In that day or in that hour

When the Lord does reap this flower.”
