Danny Waters

Danny Ray Waters, 63, of Paron, Arkansas passed away on February 8, 2022.  He was born on August 18, 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Bobby Ray Waters and Helen Johnson Waters.

Danny was preceded in death by his father, grandparents - Tilmon and Pearl Waters and Albert and Ruby Johnson; brothers - Wendell Waters Sr. and Tony Waters.

He is survived by his mother; brother, David Waters (Dana) of Paron, AR; uncle, Lloyd Johnson of Lexington, KY; aunt, Barbara Gilbert of Jonesboro, AR; step-daughter, Sonya Goodwin (Kent) of Bryant, AR; 3 grandsons, Nick, Carter and Preston Goodwin all of Bryant, AR.  Sister-in-law, Sharon Waters of Paron, AR.; 6 nephews, Wendell Waters Jr. (Jessica) of New Oxford, PA, Allen Waters, Billy Waters, Bobby Waters all of Paron, AR, Keith Waters (Lindsy) of Perryville, AR and Drew Waters (Madison) of Lono, AR;  4 great nephews, 4 great nieces, a host of cousins and friends.

Danny was an avid sportsman and loved the outdoors.   In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his honor to the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation (https://www.agff.org/).

Viewing will be from `11:00 AM To 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday, February 11 and 12, 2022 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.  He will be laid to rest at Kennerly Cemetery, Roland, AR.
