Danny Padgett

Danny Padgett, age 68, of Hot Springs passed away December 30, 2022. 

He was born on March 8, 1954, in Hot Springs, to Wilburn and Louise (Sheets) Padgett. Other than his parents, Danny was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.

Loving survivors include his son, Daniel Padgett; two daughters, Melissia Matthews and Candice Hull; life long-time friend, Mary Tartt; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; his brother, Austin Padgett; brother-in-law, Marvin Hester; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friend.

Danny enjoyed gambling, going to Oaklawn and was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Arkansas Razorback fan. 

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.

In lieu of flowers, donations toward the funeral fund may be made at 2205 Airport Road, Hot Springs, AR  71913.
