Danny L. Mobley, 78, of Benton, Arkansas passed away February 7, 2017. He was born December 12, 1938 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William Lawrence and Alma (Elmore) Mobley.
Danny attended Monticello A&M. He was active in the National Guard during the Central High School crisis. Danny was a captain for the Little Rock Fire Department. He worked in the shipping and receiving department at Dillards for 10 years, and currently worked at Enterprise Car Rentals. Danny was a member of the Bryant School Board and was a 32nd degree Mason. He attended Spring Creek Baptist Church.
Preceding Danny in death are his parents; and brother, Lawrence "Larry" E. Mobley.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Mary F. Yates Mobley of Benton, Arkansas; daughter, Dana Mobley Reeves and husband Clay and their children, Meredith and Sara Reeves of Greenwood, Arkansas; son, Michael David Mobley of Benton, Arkansas and his son, Reid Mobley and Reid's mother, Nancy Wood; brother, W. Lloyd Mobley of Little Rock, Arkansas; and many more family members and friends who loved Danny and will miss him.
Memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 11 at Spring Creek Baptist Church with visitation following.
