Danny Lee Sheets

Danny Lee Sheets, age 60, of Point Cedar, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019. He was born on August 30, 1958 in Hot Springs, the son of Winford B. Sheets and Hazel Arlene Henson Sheets. He was preceded in death by his parents. A retired carpenter, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and visiting with people, making them smile and laugh. He was a Christian in his faith. He is survived by his wife, Karlie Sheets of Point Cedar; five children, Courtney Shuffield and her husband, Jeff, of Huntsville, Alabama, Jesse Sheets of Point Cedar, Hannah Sheets of Huntsville, Alabama, Lindsey Sheets of Point Cedar and Cole Alan Sheets of Point Cedar; his grandson, Bryson Sheets of Huntsville, Alabama; his brother, Shelby Sheets of Point Cedar; three sisters, Iris Jean Shaw of Glenwood, Marcella Davis of Point Cedar and Mary Howell of Hot Springs; and his nieces and nephews. Funeral services and visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood.
