Daniel Burkett Mattox

Daniel Burkett Mattox, 65, of Little Rock, passed away with his family at his side on January 10, 2023 at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary-Little Rock.  He was born on July 27, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Daniel V. and Cleo A. Mattox. He graduated from Subiaco Academy in 1975. He began working at Camp Joseph T. Robinson Army Base of North Little Rock in 1985 and retired in 2021.

He is survived by his daughter Alicia A. White (husband Blake), brothers Jefferson H. Mattox (wife Khuan) and Richard V. Mattox; and grandchildren, Josiah L. White, Asher B. White, Karis A. White, Knox H. White, and Boaz O. White; and other extended family and friends.  Daniel was preceded in death by his parents Daniel V. and Cleo A. Mattox; grandparents, Thomas and Emily Burkett; Daniel V. Matto.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery, 10201 Highway 5 N, Alexander on January 20^th at 11am, officiated by A. Blake White.
