Daniel Cook

Daniel "Dan" Boone Cook, Jr., 66, of Cabot died February 26, 2017. He was born August 13, 1950 in Beckley, West Virginia. Dan served in the Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He retired from the North Little Rock Police Department after 20 years of service and worked for 16 years at the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's office. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Cathey Godwin Cook; children: Alicia Stone (Jeremiah) of Conway, Tammy Hester (Christian) of Little Rock and Laura Koehler of Cabot; and three grandchildren: Catherine, Ethan and Caroline.
A memorial service to celebrate Dan's life is planned for 2:00 PM, Friday, March 3, 2017 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Visitation and reception will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
