DAMIEN TROTTER TAYLOR

SEPTEMBER 4, 1974 – MARCH 11, 2025

As the dawn of a new day started, Damien Trotter Taylor entered this earthly realm on September 4, 1974 in Fayetteville, AR. to the joy of his loving mother, Georgia. At an early age, Damien moved to Ashdown, AR at an early age to live with his beloved Nanny, Pearlie Mae Reed, his uncles and aunts. Age the age of 6, Damien moved to Little Rock, AR where he attended elementary, middle school, and eventually graduating from Parkview High School. He began taking piano lessons at the age of 8. At an early age, he was drawn toward classical music. From there he went on to become a member of the band throughout middle school and high school. Damien always wanted a little sister or a little brother. In 1983, he was blessed with twin sisters. When his sisters turned four years, Damien became their teacher. He taught them to read, write, and understand how to complete their school work. This was his proudest accomplishment – helping his sisters learn to read andwrite.

Four years after graduating high school, Damien began his travels with his mother (Georgia). During those ventures he developed a love of reading. Their travels took him from the West Coast, to the East Coast, and ultimately back to Arkansas. During his time in Fresno, California, Damien attended Fresno State University where he studied Finance and worked at various jobs. When they moved to Atlanta, GA, Damien received a certification from the National Bartending Association.

He loved spending time with his relatives, reading, and playing the piano. Whenever a piano was near, he would always play classical music. People were amazed of how well he played music without having the music sheet in front of him. Damien was talented; but had a low key attitude. Damien had a tremendous mastery of the words with reading and understanding how to us words. He believed words had meaning and should be used properly.

Due to his infectious smile, a radiant display of genuine happiness, instantly brightened the room and put everyone at ease whenever he was present. Damien enjoyed the simple pleasures of life like spending time with friends and family, catching some sunshine in the park, and reading those mystery novels. This was definitely evident from his monthly conversations with his mother.

On March 11, 2025, Damien exited this world leaving front and center his loving family and friends. He is now residing with his Nanny, his grandfather(s) George Trotter and Aubrey Taylor and his Uncles Aubrey Taylor, Jr. and Eddie Trotter.

Damien leaves a legacy of love to his beloved mother, Georgia Taylor, his beloved father, Darryl E Taylor, his grandmother, Tommie W Taylor, his most cherished sisters, Shana and Brandy Taylor, his wonderful Aunts: Rubye Watson, Barbara Covington, Yvonne Moreland, Polly Reed Alcazar and Wanda Trotter, his Uncles: Terry W Trotter (Melissa), Hugh Moreland, Ruben Alcazar, Cabot Taylor, and Roderick Taylor.
