Dale R. Potter

Dale R. Potter, age 74, of Little Rock, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021.

She was born on October 23, 1946, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Melvil J. Rieves and Bessie J. Poole Rieves. She is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Potter, who passed in 1994; her parents; and her sister, Kathy Rieves.

Dale was a Christian in her faith. Her love of crocheting lead her to work for Leisure Arts as a pattern tester, where her finished product would then be put in three catalogs. She had a cat named Zazzy that she dearly loved. She was loved by all that knew her and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Nora Rieves of Hot Springs; her sister, Sherry Rieves of Hot Springs, two nieces, Rebecca (Josh) Baker and Rachael Rieves, all of Mount Ida; two nephews, Michael Rieves of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and Zach (Christy) Rieves of Pearcy; extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
