Cynthia (Cindy) Ann (Shew-Frase) Vaughan of North Little Rock, AR was born December 7, 1964 to Jerry and Joy Shew in Yellville, AR. At 58 years of age she left this world in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 11, 2023 due to a prolonged illness. She was laid to rest at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, North Little Rock, AR.

She left behind her mother, Joy (Luck) Shew of North Little Rock, AR, her husband, Richard C. Frase, her daughter, Tia R. (Shew) Gatton and her husband Michael Gatton, her daughter Samantha (Frase) Gonzalez and her husband Alfonso Gonzalez, her daughter Lindsey (Frase) Baker, and her son, Zachary Frase, six grandchildren (Alexis Antunes, J. Micah Shew, AJ Gonzalez, Abraham Gonzalez, Mackenzie Baker and Carter Baker) all of North Little Rock, AR her brother, Benny Shew, of Conway, AR, her sister, Brenda (Shew) Gardner and her husband Terry Gardner of Clever, MO, her brother Johnny Shew and his wife Karen Shew of Flippin, AR. Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Jerry A Shew and her brother Jody Shew, both of North Little Rock, AR, an aunt and uncle, several Cousins and many nieces and nephews.

She lived most of her adult life in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She lived for a time in Springfield, MO, Flippin, AR, Mtn. Home, AR, Clever, MO, and also Pensacola, FL. She enjoyed visiting with her family, loved her Children and Grandchildren, loved God, and spent many hours studying Jewish roots and the Bible. She loved traveling, loved the beach, and enjoyed many trips to family reunions in Texas, Oklahoma, and Montana. The highlight of her travels was a trip to Israel with her Sister, Brenda where she camped by the Sea of Galilee for 4 days, visited among other sites, the Old City Jerusalem, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Dead Sea, the Sea of Galilee, the Jordan River, Capernaum, Galilee, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. She cherished the friendships of the families she met while traveling there. She will be missed by all.
