Connie Payne McCorkle, 67, of Texarkana, formerly of Bismarck, passed this life on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Texarkana. She was born August 10, 1939, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the daughter of the late R. W. and Mae Hardage Payne. She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Scoggin.
She is survived by her loving husband Stanley McCorkle; a sister, Ann Tidwell of Bismarck, AR; two nieces; a nephew; a great niece; a great great nephew; plus a host of friends and family.
Private graveside services will be at the New Bismarck Cemetery with Rev. C. M. Lewallen officiating under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home, Arkadelphia.
