Connie Kemp

Connie Kemp, age 82, of Glenwood, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022.

She was born on May 23, 1939, in Bonnerdale, the daughter of Adrian Orville Duncan and Urith Jane Hunter Duncan.  She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Tommy Ray Watson and James Bob Kemp; her parents; two brothers, Adrian O. Duncan, Jr. and Doug Duncan; and one infant sister, Elsie Jean Duncan.

Connie was a piano teacher and worked as a dental assistant for over 30 years.  She loved reading, going shopping every chance she would get and she loved spending time with her family.  Her family truly meant the world to her and she will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Becky and Ed McCall of Glenwood and Cynthia Watson of Hot Springs; three grandchildren, Andy Rhodes, Molli Jane McCall and Ted McCall; five great-grandchildren, Jaki Rhodes, Benjamin Rhodes, Sierra McCall, Ed McCall and Ethan McCall; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Albert Lambert of Amity and Ina McKee of Jackson, Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 18, 2022, in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Bro. Bobby Lock officiating

Visitation will be Friday, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, prior to the service.

Honorary pallbearers are the nurses and staff of Glenwood Health and Rehab, nurses and staff of Kindred Hospice, David Adams and Dalton Smith.
