Clyde H. McWilliams, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, August 17, 2006. He was a member of Gardner United Methodist Church, a life member of Sylvan Hill Lodge #754 AM and FM, Past Master 32nd degree mason, worthy patron of Eastern Star of Sylvan Hills Lodge #602, the Scimitar Shriners Lodge, and retired from ABF after 31 years and was a member of the teamster union. He was also a World War II veteran, U.S. Army Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma McWilliams, of North Little Rock; son, Jim and Carolyn McWilliams, of Russellville; daughter, Jane Ellen Carman, of Cabot; five grandchildren, Sidney, Jamie, Mae Ellen, Kerry and Erin; four great-grandchildren; two step sons, J.D. Gustus, of Clinton and Vance Gustus, of Vilonia; and brother, Roy McWilliams, of Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ellen McWilliams, parents, Cullen and Lucy McWilliams, daughter, Anne McWilliams, two brothers, Jack and Albert McWilliams and two sisters, Bessie Price and Faye Kumpe.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 28, 2006 in North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Cato Cemetery in Cato. Family will receive friends from 4:30 to 6:00 P.M., Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
