Cleo G. Pugh Prince, 89 of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2008. ?MeMe? was a dedicated and loving military wife whose faith and strength in family gave way to raising two wonderful children, a brother, and grandson. She accepted everyone as part of ?her family?. She was the best ?Meems? in the world to everyone. She was a member of Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Princie and Ed Parkhill of North Little Rock; a brother and sister-in-law, W. T. and Ruby Pugh of Rover, Arkansas; two sisters, Jeannie Briley and her husband Joe of Kerrville, Texas, and Ina Green of Washington; sister-in-law, Mary Pugh of Russellville; daughter-in-law, Pat Prince of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Scott and wife GiGi Parkhill and Medra Parkhill of North Little Rock, and Nicholas Prince of Little Rock; two great-grandchildren, Graham and Zachary Parkhill of North Little Rock; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sgt. Major L. M. Prince (U.S. Army Ret.); her parents, William and Grace Pugh; son, Larry Prince; granddaughter, Valerie Parkhill; her stepfather, Claude Dunlap; seven brothers, Tom, Clifford, Homer, Erchel, Bill, Paul, and Don Pugh; and four sisters, Laura Willis, Meda Holiman, Beda Beach, and Wilson Havens.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Little Rock National Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:00 P.M., just before the service at North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1921 Main Street, 758-1170.
