Clayton Childress

Clayton "Keith" Childress, 42 of Jacksonville, passed away March 4, 2010 in Jacksonville, he was born December 7, 1967 in Saline County, AR; he was the son of Lyon Childress and Jacqueline Frost. A loving father and husband, Keith was a building superintendent for Woodhaven Homes, Inc. and instrumental in the building of 100's of homes in the Central Arkansas area taking great pride in every home he built. Keith was also a great lover of golf and tried to play at every opportunity.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife Tracy Childress of Jacksonville; three daughters Jessica Childress and Ashley Childress of Jacksonville and Kayla Childress of Seattle, WA., a grandson Ricky, a special niece Kennedi Wiley of Jacksonville; a special mother and father-in-law Mary and Jack Wilson of Jacksonville; a brother Johnny Childress and wife Pam of Pineville, LA ; one sister Tammy Ward and husband Randy of Benton, AR; and one half sister; Shannon Burchfield and husband Greg of Ward, AR; a step-brother Randy Ellison and wife Cheryl of Cabot, AR. and aunt Carolyn Cunningham of Maumelle Ar.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood with Rev. George Dudley officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home on 7700 Hwy 107 Sherwood, Arkansas.
