Clarence Thirion ?Ripper?, 60, passed Thursday May 22 at his home in Scott. Mr. Thirion was a lifelong resident of the Little Rock area and an Army veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents Charles C. and Minnie Mae Thirion; two brothers, Ronald Eugene Thirion and Larry Wayne Thirion; two sisters, Cecilia Marie Thirion and Barbara Ann Welch. He is survived by his loving son, Sparky; brother, Charles C. Thirion III of Sheridan; three sisters, Mary K. Scruggs, of Scott; Marilyn K. Griffith, of Sheridan and Nita J. Markley, of Mabelvale; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their deep appreciation to Kim Mclanghlin for such loving care.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery on Maryland. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
