Clarence O. Shockey age 80 of Arkadelphia died Sunday, July 6, 2014. He was born November 21, 1933 in Friendship the son of Issac and Della Owens Shockey. He was a retired logger and an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Shockey, one brother, Lewis Shockey and one sister, Betty Echols.
Survivors include two daughters, Shenna May and Terri Jones both of Arkadelphia, two grandchildren, Ty May and Shannon May, and three great grandchildren, Renee Burtness, Brooke Burtness and Christopher May.
Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Wednesday, July 9th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Flowers officiating. Burial will be in the DeRoche Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
