Clara McCaskill
Clara Miller McCaskill, 85, of Arkadelphia died Friday October 26, 2007. Born July 27th, 1922 to Charles Neill and Willie Strong McCaskill. She was retired as a clerk from the ASCS, as well as an employee of the Circuit Clerk's Office; and was a lifelong member of the Manchester United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Gladys Fite, and Nan Lewis Hunter; and four brothers, Neill Strong McCaskill, Claude Pryor McCaskill, Joe Edward McCaskill, and William Wesley McCaskill.
Survivors include three sisters, Mary Louise Scott of Dallas, TX, Charlotte Furqueron, and Pauline Lee of Arkadelphia; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 29th, 2007 at Manchester United Methodist Church with Rev. Edward Matthews and Rev. Bob Sanders officiating. There will be family visitation at the church. A private graveside committal will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ron McCaskill, Barry McCaskill, Jim McCaskill, Toby Daniell, Allen Morgan, and Bob Fite.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association; Manchester United Methodist Church; or a charity of your choice.
