Clara Hill Herndon, 82, of Bauxite, passed away December 17, 2015. Born in Linden, Texas to Arthur and Lillie Cochrell Hill, she was a member of Rose Hill Church of the Nazarene.
Preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Richard and Stanley Herndon, she is survived by children, Charles Herndon (Sheila) of Benton, Cliff Herndon (Cathy) of Bauxite, Theresa Curtis (Randy) of Benton, George Herndon of Mabelvale, Michael Herndon (Laura) of Benton and Pattie Williams of Bauxite; four sisters, several grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Friday, December 18 from 6-8 p.m. at Rose Hill Church of the Nazarene. Services will be Saturday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the church, officiated by Pastor Steve Comeans, followed by interment at 1:30 p.m. at Round Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rose Hill Church of the Nazarene, 11001 Kanis Rd., Little Rock, AR 72211.
