Cindy Smith, 63, of Redfield passed away peacefully on May 10, 2018 at home. She was born November 23, 1954 in Little Rock to the late Edward H. and Elzada Lakin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and worked for the State of Arkansas. Cindy was a believer in Jesus Christ and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Smith; daughter; Stephanie Thrash (John); son, Dylan Smith; grandchildren; Hayden Moreau, Rachel and Ian Thrash; brothers-in-law, Ronald Jordan, David and Randy Smith; as well as other extended family members and friends. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Ricky and Keith Lakin.
Memorial service will be private. Memorials may be made to The Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210.
