Christopher Lynn Files, 48, of Benton, passed from this life on April 20, 2023 at Saline Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.

He was born in Pine Bluff on December 12, 1974 to Lynn and Letha Files.

Chris was a graduate of Sheridan High School.

Chris was a people person. He enjoyed barbequing, watching the Dallas Cowboys play football, and playing with his dog Bayley.

Chris leaves behind his loving wife Tanya; parents, Lynn and Letha Files; daughters: Ashlyn Files, Madison Files, and Lillian Files; grandson, Todd Morton; sister, Jennifer Files; nephew, Jon Michael Robertson; and many family members and friends who love Chris and will miss him always.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
