Christopher "Chris" Allen Brumley, 47, of Benton, Arkansas passed away March 6, 2020. He was born August 14, 1972 in Tulare, California to David Brumley and Jacqueline (Stroud) Robertson.
Chris was affectionately called "Uncle Boobies" by his nephew, Will. He loved his mother dearly and was a "momma's boy". His hobbies included digging for arrowheads, building with legos-especially Star Wars sets, collecting comic books, and shooting pool. Family was most important to Chris and he enjoyed spending time with them. His grandsons gave him a reason for life.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Jacqueline Robertson of Haskell, Arkansas; father, David Brumley and wife Genet of Garland, Texas; two children: Dustin Brumley and fiancé Tiffany of Benton, Arkansas and Jessica Carlton of Bryant, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Austin Carlton, Jesse Carlton, and Bentley Huddleston; brother, David A. Brumley and wife Melissa of Stuart, Iowa; sister, Cheryl Collie and "husband" Jay of Benton, Arkansas; aunt, Laura Miller of Haskell, Arkansas; uncle, Mike Stroud and wife Penny of Benton, Arkansas; and many family members and friends who love Chris and will miss him always.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 11, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas. Funeral service, officiated by Bro. Kirby Caple, will follow at 2:00 PM.
