Chester Derylak, 80, of Little Rock, passed away September 25, 2009. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 15, 1928, he was a member of Geyer Springs United Methodist Church and a retired purchaser with the Department of Defense.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife, Earlene Derylak; son, Steven Derylak (Kathy)and daughter, Paula Derylak, all of Little Rock; and granddaughter, Michelle Aaron of Redfield.
Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock(NW corner of I-630 and Barrow Rd.) on Monday, September 28, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Services will be Tuesday September 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at Geyer Springs United Methodist Church, 5500 Geyer Springs Rd., Little Rock, AR, 72209, with Reverend Richard Lancaster and Reverend Deanna McCormack officiating. Burial will follow in Primrose Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
