Cheryl Hudson

Cheryl Joyce Hudson, 60, of Houston, Arkansas, passed away January 20, 2020. Born in Little Rock to Milton John and Margaret Spaunhurst Hudson, she worked in the construction industry for many years, beginning with CDI Contractors and most recently, with L.R. Mourning Company.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Drinkwater; siblings, Carol Alexander (Danny) and Chris Hudson, both of Roland, and Cindy Shadrick (Greg) of Hensley; "special aunt," Carolyn Rogers of Roland; and a host of other family and friends. And she loved her fur babies, Gabby and Molly. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, maternal grandparents, Bill and Lottie Spaunhurst and paternal grandparents, Clyde and Zelcie Hudson.

Special thank you to Randy Mourning and his staff for their support before and during her illness.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 23 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Friday, January 24 at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Bro. Rick Ferren. Private interment will be in Kennerly Cemetery at Monnie Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CARTI, 8901 Carti Way, Little Rock, AR 72205.
